The existing structure comes down and in its place goes a home built with intention from the ground up.

Premium finishes throughout, living spaces designed around how people actually use them, and a design and construct delivery that keeps one team accountable from concept to completion.

No handover between the architect and builder.

No lost details in translation.

Just a terrace reimagined and rebuilt to a standard worth living in.
